3. The next 20% payment should be executed after the building foundation is set up.
4. The next 40% payment should be executed once the building reached 60% of completion.
5. The final 10% payment is paid after finishing process is completed and property key is handed to client.
6. Guarantee, general service cleaning after finishing is free for 3 months.
7. The fees do not include notary fee, title transfer, and building construction permit.

3. Pembayaran 20% dibayar setelah pondasi rumah berdiri.
4. Pembayaran 40% dibayarkan setelah bangunan mencapai 60%.
5. Pelunasan 10% dibayarkan setelah selesai proses finishing dan serah terima kunci property.
6. Garansi, Service General Cleaning setelah finishing selama 3 bulan free
7. Biaya tidak termasuk biaya Notaris,Balik Nama dan biaya pengurusan IMB ( Ijin Mendirikan Bangunan )
